I've heard taking a small dose of Test E at my age is not such a bad thing as you can gain good muscle AND keep it. I'm not a small guy as it is, and my BF is 10%. I train about 5-6 days a week and 3 days cardio. I do high intensity training. Not really looking for a short cut as I am growing steadily, I just wanted a little bit of a boost.
For a PCT, i was thinking just doing clomid at 100/100/50/50, 2 weeks after last injection (OR nolva at 40/40/20/20). Do u need anything else? (It is a very low dose of test)
I'e done a lot of research with regards to the PCT and at that low dose there are SO many opinions. Some say to take about 5-6 different things, with others saying 1 will be sufficient?! :/
With regards to the Clen, maybe I'll do it with my PCT? I've done it before with NO issues and know how to dose it correctly and I am pretty good at reading my body.
My diet I feel is in check. I eat very cleanly and eat quite a lot of protein spread out between 5-7 meals p/day.
