1st Cycle Question

Im on a 10 week cycle in my 6th week. After about 3 weeks i gained about 10 pounds and for the last 3 i havent gained any more...so 6 weeks 10 pounds and it looks like that might b it...why am i not gaining any more weight and what should i do if i wanna gain more in the next 4 weeks? my diest hasnt changed since the beginning...6-8 meals a day very low fat medium carbs 50 grams protein every meal...is this typical when doing cycles...gaining fast at the beginning and then not gaining any more?

week 1: 100 mg test enanthate 400 mg deca
week 2: 100 mg test enanthate 400 mg deca
week 3: 200 mg test enanthate 400 mg deca
week 4: 300 mg test enanthate 300 mg deca
week 5: 300 mg test enanthate 300 mg deca
week 6: 300 mg test enanthate 300 mg deca

and will continue with 300 and 300 through week 10
 
probably water wait is a good potrion of it, make sure your getting the protein you need and getting enough sleep at night, cals, rest and hard work are ll u can really do, decent cycle tho, good job on moderating yourself, some of the 1st timers here think they gotta go huge cycles to add size, its not true, at all, u will learn that after your first cycle
 
How many calories are you consuming? You should first of all eat about 1-2 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight daily. Also Calories should be about 18-20 per pound of bodyweight as well. You should also keep in mind that when you go on a lowfat diet, your body's metabolism slows down to make up for fat loss and to inhibit metabolism-induced starvation. This is why a lot of body builders use T-3 during dieting phases so that metabolism will not be affected due to low fat and low calorie intake. From the looks of your cycle, it seems like all you want is to put on some mass. If I were you I would increase my protein and calorie intake and let the fats fall where they may. The increase in calorie intake will boost your metabolism again helping you to grow more muscle.

Nice to know some one else is in the same boat as me, cycle 2 : im Week 6 of sust 250e3d, 4 weeks to go. I gained 8pds first 3 weeks and nothing since. Sleep 8.5 hours a night, diet is 6-7meals per dayeat every 2.5-3hours never longer, except when i sleep. Ave 60grams protein per meal and 80carbs per meal, on ave get around 380protien, 500carb, all i eat is tuna and chicken and 2 shakes a day for protein, and rice rice and more rice for each meal plus veggies, bcaa's, multivit. Im 5"10 225pd. I dont understand either ???
 
is not amount of sleep is is quanity.... deep sleep... also the human body does grow when you are awake.... all the growing is not at night.. I hear that so much..
how about when you shave in the morning and.. you were awake all day and wow you need to save again hummmm..........

I think we are missing something here.....how is your strength? Have you noticed a significant increase? Also, have you changed your routine,i.e. hitting it harder when on?
 
I got that feeling on my first cycle too where I thought I'd look like Ronnie by the end of week 10! Here's what you need to do...up your proteins and calories substantially. Use plenty of weight gainers like peanut butter, tuna, fish, chicken brest etc, snack constantly on nuts, drink a mother load of water, follow the advice of the Bros above, keep faith in your cycle as it WILL work. It IS working and trust me, when the guy who hasn't seen you in a few weeks sees you and goes "Fuck me, your in great shape", you'll realise its all been worth while.

Deca itself is quite a long acting ester...it really doens't completely kick in until week 6 or so, you should feel the test's effects a little sooner. You'r just getting to the sweet spot of your cycle....llike everyone said keep the calories coming, train like a demon...and oh yeah next time maybe invest in some short acting compounds in the first 4 weeks to get the gains coming a little quicker.
