1st cycle opinions?

wanted to know what u guys think on the following cycles as a 1st one...this could be for a bulking up cycle, weight starting at about 170-175lbs...clean diet, high protein, moderate carbs, 20% fat:

Testosterone Enanthate - 250mg / week only for 10 weeks
PCT:
HCG 3000iu for 3wks, and
Nolvadex @ 40/40/20/20 40mg/ed for 1wk, 40mg/ed for 2wk, 20mg/ed
for 3wk, etc.

Should one add Clomid or no? if yes..at what doses? Personally i dont think it would be necessary to use Clomid

2,000mg Primobolan Depot or Primobol for 200mg/week?
1,120mg Anavar
1,400mg Winstrol (Tabs)

Same PCT as above!

week 1-3 /Anavar - 50mg/week
and last 3 weeks Anavar - 50mg/week

2, 20 for week 3, etc.
 
honestly... at 170-175 pounds, and 20% bodyfat... you really should cut your bodyfat down prior to wanting to jump on gear. Thats a lot of bodyfat for not a lot of weight bro.

Just my opinion...

shit sorry guys i have made a typo there..i meant to say 12% bf NOT 20..of course u would now want to be on any gear or be bulking up for that matter at a 20%BF.

As i said, diet high in protein, moderate carbs, looking at a good 8-9 meals spread out every 2-3 hrs. Training for 6 years and considered advanced. Age 21.

IMO, you have about 4 years of training left where you can stay natural.
 
I'd have to say, run the Test at 500mg a week takeing a shot twice a week, And run it for atleast 12 weeks...

well problem is gains are maxing at only 175lbs with about 15% bf (approx. ) i cant get heavier than that even if i eat 5000cal/day!

Your 21 now and you said you've been training for 6 years; ie you started training at age 15? I highly doubt that.

As Mr X. said you've got at least 4 years of natural training (since at your current age you already have high levels of hormones in your body) before you can take any AAS. Your saying you're eating 5000cal/day; post up your meal program so that we can see for ourselves. What's your training like?
 
MY diet!

My meals are all different cuz I cant seem to eat the same stuff everyday. So everyday I eat different things.

NOTE: I have 6 egg white with 1 yolk every Tuesdays, Thurs, Sat and Sun only – because my classes start much later in the day so I have time to make it. On the other days (Mon, Wed, Fri) I take my oatmeal and eat it in class.
NOTE: Im in university so they have a café here where I have a meal plan. So I have one meal in school which is a so called ‘special’. They have different things every day.
(Monday):


5g Glutamine and
1 bowl of Oatmeal

spaghetti with some ground beef with 6” garlic bread – School Special (Vary's everyday)

buffalo chicken sandwich (contains 1 piece of chicken breast, with salad and tomatoes in a bun…just like a hamburger but it’s a chicken breast )

1 bowl Oatmeal before gym
GYM

Post workout!
Protein shake – contains malto/dextrose and 2 scoops of ON 100%Whey protein

Plate full of pasta and ground beef

1 can tuna with with 1 stalk of Celery and light dressing..nutritional info:FAT 5g
Carbs 1g
Protein:0.1g
Cals per 1tbsp – 50cals

Cottage cheese with 1 orange mixed with the cottage cheese.
Protein shake (in milk) with 5g Glutamine

Sleep





Tuesday

10:45 – 6 egg whites with 1 yolk
5g Glutamine

1:00PM ¼ cut chicken with roasted potatoes – School Special (again this varry's everyday)

bowl of oatmeal before gym

Post workout shake -
Protein shake – contains malto/dextrose and 2 scoops of ON 100%Whey protein

plate of pasta and ground beeg

1 can tuna with with 1 stalk of Celery and light dressing

Cottage cheese with 1 orange mixed with the cottage cheese .

As far as my training goes…I try to do 2 body parts per week.
 
is, just kinda curious, on a general look on things is 6'4 200lbs and 18%bf ok? or bad?again just like general not looking to get all technical at this moment. :twirl:

You need more protein in your diet; Try adding more chicken breasts, more steaks (with no fat), and more protein shakes.

Only do the AAS if you're ready to do the diet and training. Ideally you'd do that stuff first but at the bare minimum you gotta do it while you're on.

All you'll need is a little test. 500mg Test is plenty.
 
Looks like a good first cycle bro! Way to do your homework. Good idea to start off with smaller doses. I did the same first cycle and gained 27 lbs.
 
the above was a very rough diet as i just wanted to pack on pounds. worked well for me but its much different at this point and getting it much cleaner. in a few week i will post a better diet up as things are changing slowly.

test 250-500mg/wk for first or add in tbol for 4 weeks of it. IMO.

what was ur PCT like? how did u take each or ur doses?

I did Hcg 1000ui's every 3 days for 2 weeks, and nolva 20mg a day for 30 days. I started pct a week after my cycle. I tried clomid too, but I didn't like it. hcg and nolva work just fine for me.
