just came of a cut ...i have my diet in check...this is what my diet is gona be when im on cycle...havnt strd thu...cus all the info on pct has really confused me!!...gona take lots of advice of vets n keep researching ....
8 egss.....2 whole eggs and 6 whites and bowl of oats
200-300g of fish
400g of lean beef
300g of chicken breast + bowl of oats
75g of whey thru out the day
half a litre of milk
2-3 bananas
and feta bread with the rest
supps
fish oil
creatine
glutamine
flax oil
