1st Cycle Confusion

so you recommend clomid and nolva at the same time ? Best doses for both ? I would be running 50mg of var everyday

The dosages vary but I think a good start is

Clomid: 100/100/50/50mg
Nolva: 40/20/10/10mg

This is a very generic pct setup. You can tweak this depending on what works for you. And make sure you know when to start it depending on what compounds you decide to run

I'm stepping into this a little late, but OP, how long ago was your injury, and how long have you been back into training?

And, just to be clear on one point; nolva is an antiquated supplement and should never be used for anything.
 
I didn't think you needed Nolva if you had clomid and rs transderm. My injury was for a month and a half and I've been back in the gym for 3 months now.
 
Like I said I'm sure everyone has different experiences and I don't mean to be rude it's just hard to know what stuff to take. One post says do this another one says no way. LOL its hard to get a universal agreement on what is the ideal 1st cycle

Blasting and cruising is the best way to run aas imho
 
Well that is just not coming off steroids which definitely isnt the best when it comes to you're health.

It's basically the same in terms of hormonal balances as cycling. During a blast you use as much gear as you would during a cycle and when you cruise you just use an hrt (or a little higher) dose of test which is like the normal amount you would have. so basically it's the same as cycling without the added pct which makes it more confusing. Gear is a lifetime commitment and that's how I think of it
