What is done differently today that was not being done 20 years ago?

PCT and ant-E's, anti aroms

Has diet changed much, very low fat then, now more like 40, 30, 30 across the board

Was protein powder about 5 bucks a pound like today, or was it more expensive because it was mostly milk and egg, not just whey like today

How did wrestlers like the Ultimate Warrior display such a huge ripped physique in 1988, without gyno issues or bloat, mostly winstrol and primo, var, and halo, or was nolvadex already utilized in the late 1980s

Those who were in the scene back then speak up and share please, this should be informative and interesting

i didn't ask if there was protein powder around, only about what type and about what price, try reading sometime. I know what steroids were around, as they haven't changed since the 1960s and 70s

Actually, I'm pretty sure that they did have GH, but they had to literally extract it from cadavers and that meant that the people who used it used a very little amount and therefore didn't get nearly the gains that they do now.

Remember Carboplex? That was the pre-work out drink I swore by back then before the whole Atkins craze BS

Eggs were 39-49 cents a dozen, protien powder was all albumin.

Thats funny I took the same supps. We also used 18 gauge 1.5" syringes, damn they hurt.

Who remembers HOT STUFF? I was only a young pup of about 13 when I saved up my money to buy a can of that crap. It had weird things like glandulars and smilax and other crap. Lol, what a waste of $$!

In my young pup days around 87 I used supplements and not until late 91 gear use started. I thought most gear ie deca, eq, etc. where low dosed per ml (human grade)? I remember all the weider stuff. It was told that Hot Stuff was the best tasting mix out there. I also remember all the glandular and smilax and gamma orzintal or something like that. In 92 my friends were going to share a cycle of cybergenics because it's safer then AS and just as effective. Funny sh!T! It didn’t work!

Wow hot stuff I forgot all about that shit. I was one Hot Stuff drinkin mofo. That was my protien powder of choice 16-17 years ago. I used to take that to high school and drink that along with an ultra fuel after weight training ( not a bad combo for back in the day). Even back then I was big on post workout nutrtition. I was blowing up on that combo EVERYBODY thought I was on juice but I had never even touched it and I stayed natural for about 6-7 more years. Than I sayed fuck it lets" DO DA DAMN THANG" .
