i started working out around november 2008, 4 times a week for 40-50 minutes a time, i have made noticeable gains in that time but as i was quite skinny before i just look toned, i got bionabol steroids today, i have started to eat alot more to bulk up, i have whey protein shakes and soon going to start taking creatine, i have been told to take 5-7 tablets a day and continue how i am, is this right for me? some infomation would be appriciated loads, Thanks.
