D dieslgrl New member Sep 16, 2001 #1 Just wanted to say that 19-nor worked very very well for me.. helped strength and also helped to keep me tight... the only side was some acne on the shoulders... very small and unnoticable though... a definate recommendation for women.. Dieslgrl
