for somebody at my age how many days is ok to train considering this is the first time I'm training ever in my life, I just don't want to get crazy and get hurt.
i used to train 6X a week at your age. your HGH is sky high and your body is fresh and you can recover so much faster .. once you hit 30 and 35 shit starts to fall apart in a hurry
