18% down to 10% in 12 weeks. is it possible?

given that diet is super clean, lots of cardio, and AS to spare muscle.
 
yes I would say that is definitely possible. I went from 14% bf to 10% bf in 4 weeks without AS.
 
Entirely. I went from 14 to 7.5 (got it measured by my school's water scale) in just a little over 2 months using clen,t3, and ketosis. Tons of cardio. I went from benching 315 for reps back then to barely getting 225 for 2-3 reps.

I'm in the same boat now 2 years later...I benched 405 for my first time this winter now I'm trying to cut up and suspect my bench will go down drastically.
 
YES YOU CAN! Good Luck,train hard,great healthy diet and a good attitude will get you to where you want to go.

It can be done without the AAS easily.....unless you are 5'6 260 and 18%, then that's different. But, if you are not so far from your genetic potential it can be done without juice in 12 weeks or with juice in less time, assuming diet and training are in order.

Last year, I went from 14% to 9% in about six weeks....and when I first started I went from 20% to 12% in less than ten weeks, but I lost some muscle, hey I was a beginner!
 
YES!!! That is definately possible! You may even reach 8-9% upon completion. The hard part is taking that 8-9% to 4-6%....well, it's not that hard either if you know what you are doing. It's just harder losing fat at sub-10% levels than those above this mark....takes a little more time/patience as well.

What kind of diet do u guys use for cutting bodyfat? Right now I'm at 18% and I would like to get it down to 10%. Any advice would be great.
 
I saw a nutritionist who is going for his pro card in may...he set me up on a diet and in 2 weeks I went from 21.5 to 14.5....lost 3 lbs. gained 7lbs muscle and lost I think 6 lbs of fat....

you mention that the hard part is taking 8-9% down to 4-6%.
i wonder what the major differences in diet and exercise (there may be another factor that i'm not aware of) when you wanna cut down from say 9% to 5%.

All you need is:

1. 75mg Tren/day+300mg Test/week
2. NYC or ECA
3. 25mcgs T3/day

This will cost you about $250 for 12 weeks.

Im doing 150mg fina ED, 50mg winny, 350mg test, NYC

No T3 but I will be running Usnic acid at lower dosage for 2 weeks (Don't preach anyone I am using only a little for short after ndoing my own research)

Almost exactly like me...but I'm only at 100mg Fina/day and I have added T3.

What kind of diet were you on?

Fonz, I was about to do that same exact cycle except I was going to run sust at 250mg/week.
 
ive changed my diet and in one week ive gone from %18.5bf down to %17.0bf which means ive lost 3lbs (am currently 196lbs)

though ive got a body fat monitor and check it most mornings. havent been using AS only a simple ECA stack... by the end of the month i should be down around %13/14...
