12 Week Final Update: Me and the Young man I Trained

Where the muscles were put? Dont you wanna put them everywhere? To my knowledge you dont wanna try and make some things grow and leave the rest so I am confused as to how thats strategic. It seems you would want an equal balance and to make his entire body look bigger by increasing musclemass all throughout his body. Yeh?

It was Fresh and new.

The ideas I have the honor to share I think will really be a new way to look at things, and this is really rewarding.

Its how and where you put the muscle

Charles Glass ( the trainer behind alot of Flex Wheelers Development , and the NEW Gunter Shlierkamp) Said it Best:

You have develop all the "Hanger Muscles" to add to the illusion of that SIZE

Hangers as I Define it is SIDE deltoids, Upper Triceps, Lower Biceps, Upper , Low Outer Chest, Traps, REAR DELTS, Calves etc. they are relatively small muscles that if hit hard and almost over developed you get that LOOK of huge size.

IT is an Equal balance in our program
almost every one lifts in a way that does NOT do justice to the rest of the muscle bellies when worked.

I hope it lives up to the hype, I'll be the first one waiting in line to try it. It does look like all the weight went straight to the delts and chest. I assume that you used isolation movements with high reps. How old is this kid anyway?

( from Legs presses, and Calf raises)

its not Hype.
you either will like it or you wont.

either way the techniques work whether you agree with them or not.

he is about 23 ( not exactly sure)

We used a combo of Compound Movements with Isolation movements
 
Ahh sounds like something I do some what. Basic compound movements incorporated with iso movments and not always using ballbusting weight as I like to say. I am sure yours is more refined but helps to know I am doing something somewhat similar.
 
If it truly was a 12 week period and I have no reason to refute that it isn't then it certainly is an amazing transformation. That 10lbs is very nicely distributed considering where he started. There is still work to do and would love to see documented pics when you hit it up with him in the new year. I bet he can't wait either!
 
are you going to reveal the secrets for the chest and delts, also i assume he must have used light weights for the delts,also when exactly is the book coming does it have a diet plan too
 
I've been away for a while but I see Omega is still doing incredible things and sharing his vast wealth of information to those that are willing to listen. This is a clear example of just how much knowledge this man has and how well designed his supplements are. A routine he gave me 4 years ago, along with many of his fine products are what helped me go from 144lbs to over 260 and as high as the 270's at certain times.

Fantastic job my brother. You did great things for this young man. He will always look back in life on this experience and all the wonderful benefits it has given him. You can even see it in his posing. In his old pics he seems to have a shyness about his body, but now you can see the confidence in his body language/posing.

Sorry I haven't been around the past couple of months but I'm back and happy to be. :) Thanks for being the guy you are Omega. Not only are you a mentor to that young man but one to me as well. This kid is a living testament to what learning and hard work is all about. Omega, bravo on being a great teacher, mentor, mad scientist! and friend. :)
 
Thats awesome he gave you a workout plan. I want this Ebook to further my knowledge towards training as well. This sport is truly one of the most grueling and hardest sports there is. And you def cant know too much about it. Arnold said it best when he said we are like sculptors except our job is a lot harder becuz we are dealing with the human body. A sculptor can slap clay on things to even them out but we have to make one thing larger and in turn keep it balanced and make everything larger. But I guess that is what separates the menf rom the boys in this!

I especially want to know Omega's view on chest exercises and arms, mostly chest because my arms develope fairly easily with what I've been doing in the past.

"Lab rat", "gym rat", whatever.. I'd be happy to take your advice and break the bonds of plateaus I have been relegated too by decades of 'same ole' training, (albeit different training principles) and trying what you have to offer..

I am too old and joints are a bit trashed to train 'like people I will never be', but after seeing the results you have posted, and the 'teaser information' you have let out about 'sensible movements and poundages', this may be just the ticket for my own personal improvements after a long time of 'same ole'.

You know I'm in!

think about this....im stoned, bear with me. but i feel this post in general has prompted tons of motivation and ideas in everyone's heads we would of never thought. i'm very pleased this post was made even without knowing the training yet because, now i'm searching around the internet for example looking for all kinds of new deltoid exercises i have never heard of. i've always kinda ignored my delts by means of getting stronger and larger. i donno why. just never would've imagined its all in the delts even though it's always the muscle that's impressed me the most. you see the big bi's but you always end up looking at the delts and where those oversized delts taper back in to a decent sized bicep. hehe. this post has changed alot for me and im glad for it. cheers

Give the guy a break. Seems to me a little of both at best anyway. You have a guy who is clearly into this lifestyle and as an adjunct of giving back has managed to come up with some damn fine products that I have yet to see anyone not benefit from. So he is giving back for sure but found a way to make a little money at the same time.

please tell me why its so important if he was naturasl or not? this seems to be a question that folks who dont grow ask as there looking for shortcuts. hard work and dedication natural or not always equals great results. have competed natural and juiced and will say i receievd comments on a great body both ways as i worked my ass off to get it. this is to omegas point.

just out of curiosity , the delts and chest routine have they worked for everyone you have trained, also correct me if im wrong but the young man looks like he dropped a bit of BF too was that just a bonus

Yes particularly alot of you guys will be able to get those Traps that and Side Deltoid Development that is so "cartoonish" and you will get it quite easily.

Also I imagine alot of people chest will come in Quick, but the reps cadence, and series of lifts is KEY, key, KEY.

its possible he indeed dropped more fat but I think alot of it is muscle coming through in bold relief.

yes he must of dropped Bf because the more lean muscle mass you have the more fat you will burn, especially in the places where he put the muscle on.

also probably a stupid question but when the young man wears a t shirt can you see his delts and chest through it lol

His arms are Permanently larger after our training.

His chest when pumped breaks through his shirt..

On our journey he took about 10 steps forward and has only lost about 20% of his size

that was 3 months ago or so.:)

So as you can see Natty or Not Natty he KEPT his gains and most imprtant HIS LOOK;)

The Arms workouts and especially what led to that KEY deltoid Trap development will probably UNDO alot of conventional Theory for many

hell even the Chest theories too should upset those addicted to Bench Pressing

Hey bro... As you know my main focus in training is just sharpening my MMA skills. Still, I like to look good for the ladies!
Can you help me modify your program to help me achieve an better "bodybuilder look" while still maintaining my effectiveness in the ring????

Over the years I have found myself going back and forth between lifting like a bodybuilder and training for MMA... I find that I get PAINFUL pumps on my legs and arms while trying to spar MMA, if I have been lifting like a BBer....

Then I will change my BB lifting routine to that of a fighter, and it will help my MMA immensely... BUT, then my "look" suffers as a cause of the change in lifting regimen...

Can you make this work? Can I have my body and use it too?

i also don't think that the bench press is very effective for building the chest , its most effective for blowing out your shoulders and triceps, but it does have its place in the BB world

Yes you can have it all, you can have the body you want and and use it too:)

We can talk about it provatly in more detail.

Its would entail abbreviated workouts at a VERY specif rep threshold and intensity level with of course specific exercises that merge functionality with aesthetic appeal.
 
when the chosen few that are participating in your project :) :) , lets say if the wanted a enormous upper body only, will you give it to them eg: back, traps,delts,arms,chest

thats true, hanger muscles are the best, when some one sees you in a t shirt they will be like "wow this guy works out or something"

I dont see how you guys get in the ring and beat the shit out of each other.

i was watching the 50 best ass kickings yesterday and the crazy iron horse from UFC got on top of (i forget his name) some asian guy and was chopping on his face and the guy went limp.

but also its just adds commentary on how most Modern Routines have lost Touch

I feel Body Building is a much more a Finesse' thing

VERY much like Art.

sure you can be strong, but what good is it if you cannot channel it into the very thing you do?
