FUCK ME!
I just tripped over this post again and you guys have blown me away.
Have any of you taken the time to look at my history to see why I am bulking up?
About three and a half years ago I had glandular fever. I had trained before that for about 2 years solid. I weighed between 82 and 84kg. In less than 3 months my weight had dropped to 60kg, yes 60kg and at 6'2" that's pretty damn slim.
Once I had started to recover, I got back into my training and hit a wall at about 73kg. Diets, training and doctors were all I had and nearly all options were exhausted to get back to my natural weight, after 3 years that is.
My doctor even suggested a cycle to get the weight back on, but unfortunately, here is Australia, it is a little difficult for him to prescribe.
Ask yourself how long you would be happy to be 10kg lighter than you are now (assuming you aren't fat bastards! ). I think over 3 years of having next to no self-esteem is enough. I doubt any of you would wait 6 months.
I appreciate your concern and I quite often discourage starters myself, but I researched for about 8 months to do this and I am very happy with the current results.
I am obviously not prone to gyno and I'm a suffering no obvious sides except for balls the size of saltanas.
Thanks again for looking out for me, but please don't jump the gun so fast.
Thanks guys.
Regards
Blonski
