Only ten squat days out from the IPA Nationals hope everyone's ready, I saw Liftbig said he was going in the shw, I'm going to show at a full 275 for the first time, right now I'm 286 in shorts shirt and shoes. The best is all my new pr's, can't wait to much longer. :inflate:
 
I'm going for 850-900,575-600,750+, My squat is tricky but soon as my new gear is on all will be good, as my bench is still doing well I've always done a good gym lift and then at the meet I don't always do what I want, last time I did a hard 550 and got 535 at the meet, this time I've already done 575 very good and have gotten stronger so hopefully the jinx is over, and my back is at it's strongest so beating my 750pr should be no problem, I better beat it my GM's have gone from 635 to 725. As long as I get a good pr on my total I'll be ok.
 
good luck.. i know you train at westside some time ( i think) so i have a question..

im very limited on money... do you think that i should just buy Chains so i can do suspended lifts, or would it just be better to wait until i could get the entire chain set.

Also, what other lifts can you do suspsended besides GMs and deadlifts as well?
 
You can do lockouts for bench at different levels, I would suggest getting a set of bands first, there is just an unlimited amount of stuff you can do with those things.Btw are you talking hanging chains or the chains just to suspend stuff? either way I'ld go with bands first.If your limited on $ try to just get a set of mini-blue and a set of the pink or purple bands.
 
i've already got the bands.. mini and light bands. love em.

Im talking about the chains just to suspend stuff... like suspended GMs, suspended DL's, bench lockouts..etc....

i dont have the money for the 5/8 inch chain or whatever to get the big chains for DE bench and De squat.
 
I 'ld stick with just the bands, the chains to suspend stuff will give you a couple more movements and they do kick ass since spotters are not really needed to much, I'ld get them or a dragging sled since you already have bands.
 
What crew are you lifting with on Friday Liftbig? morning or evening.
