ok im finally getting a decent car today..truck actually...a 94 Ford Explorer...shit is nice....mint conidition........much better then the piece of shit oldsmobile ive been dicking around in the past year....

this olds has no radio...no interior dash light...umm sounds like shit....ceiling material ripped off...windshield wiper nozzles dont work...lets see...left blinker doesnt turn off after i turn...bumber is crooked......rattles like a bastard..you can hear me coming for at least a mile......no floor mats.....this car is shit man...id pay someone to take it off my hands...lol....

i guess thats what happens when u pay for college yourself...i graduated now..so its time for a real car...

Actually, I was pretty good this weekend...I was on call on Friday and Sunday night.

Saturday night, I had an outing with a "friend"...went not so great...so came home early, and went out to the club and drank like a fish. Mr. Morgan always knows how to satisfy...lol.

I started low-carbing again last Wednesday....so good luck to you!!

So have your classes been taken over by resolutionists too? I forgotten how crazy the gym gets at this time of year.....UGH!!

That's me, the guy who everybody talks to. I've become the local steroid guru as well. It seems that most juicers are nothing more than uninformed meatheads shoving a needle in their ass with whatever the big dude that sold them the shit says to.

If I don't want people talking to me, I just put on my game face and go about my business like there is no one else there. I call the weights names "come on you fucking cunt!", "get the fuck up!", "it's just you and me motherfucker!". Newbies to the gym think I'm fucking nuts....

Note: Dorian Yates Pro-Peptide shakes= gross

I mix it with Ultimate Nutrition's whey protein (equally gross + it's bland) and the result is somewhat palatable.:)

Well, I bought the Pro-peptide (vanilla)stuff 'cause it had longer acting protiens but it tasted like such shit that I couldn't eat it. The stuff smells like a milking parlour (you'd have to be a farmer to fully understand that reference). So it sat on top of my fridge for a month.

I bought 2 jugs of UN (choc.) whey a couple of weeks ago. They were bland and gross. UN (choc.)whey GAINER is quite good so I mixed the two in the hopes that it may add some taste and make it edible with not quite so many calories as the gainer alone. It was pretty good.

So I started mixing all three (UNw, UNg & PP) plus some glutamine. Then I ran out of gainer so I tried it without it and voila! a tasty, low cal blend of long and short acting protiens. It's amazing how good vanilla mixed with chocolate tastes. I wish neopolitan ice cream came without the strawberry.
