Ok, i thought i would come to you guys for yet more advice as you will have a better idea of what i do.
I returned to the hospital today as i have been having really bad pains with a fair bit of my body, mainly my abdomin, to my groins and in my lower back. I explained i do cardio and weights on a regular basis. I was asked today how long i have had the problems/pains for and the consultant advised me not to do any exercise at all, as he feels it is putting me under more stress, especially when they do not know what it is, and even more so when there seems to be a lot of pain within my body.
He also said that the time from the first pain to basically now, i have carried on training, ok through pain, which i probably shouldn't have done, but he did say that i shouldn't have done weights and stuff because i could be further harming myself, can't undo that now though can i.
Basically, i am wondering what to eat basically, whilst i am having an advised 4 weeks off whilst they run tests and so forth, i don't want to balloon up as it were. I was thinking maybe making sure protein is adequate, and drop the carbs a fair bit as i won't need them for energy around workouts and stuff.
Any more advice? ? ? It's a right pain the backside to be fair, i had to have time off in the past due to knee operations, and i get real stressed with not training.
Thanks all
Gaz.
