I’m just curios about the gains people have been making lately. About 2 weeks went by since my last thread so I’m just checking up on people’s progress. I have gained about 1 lb, possible of fat because I have been eating soooooo much. But, in 1-ad’s defense, I just finished 1 bottle of the max dose and today, for the first time, my strength seemed to have increased. 1 more bottle and 1/2 bottle of andro spray left.

Positive and Negative results welcome.

I am on my last day of my cycle of 1-AD. I'm up about 13 lbs. from a starting weight of 205, to which I had dieted down. I don't think too much of the weight gain was fat but I'll have to have bf% tested to say for sure. This is the first and probably the last time I use prohormones. Nor have I ever used AS. I was on 1-AD for 4 weeks, week 1-2 300mg a day, week 2-3 600mg a day. I probably could have gained more weight but my initial rapid weight gain of about 5lbs. per week for the first two weeks made me suspect that I was putting on fat and I reduced my calories from about 4500 to 4000 a day. Weeks two and three I put on about a 1.5 pounds per week. My diet was(when it was 4500 a day) about 400g protein, 425g carbs, 125g fat, most of this being real food. I had been bulking for three weeks before starting the 1-AD with an indentical training schedule and about the same calorie intake. In that time I put on 3lbs. I took before pictures and I plan to do some after shots, but I'll have to see how they look before I decide whether or not to post them.

The only thing I have to say is wow. I weigh about 176 lbs. I started 1-ad about one week ago. This stuff works. My weight hasn't gone up much, but I feel stronger, and it seems almost as if I am getting bigger. People that I work with everyday, has said that they notice a difference. This is with me not saying a word. It could all be mental, but I believe this stuff works well. I had cycled and stacked 4-diol and 19-nor before, but I am getting much better results with far fewer side effects then other pro-hormones. I konw it is only a week now, but I can truly feel and see a difference already. Thumbs UP for 1-AD
 
A supplements success is measured in punds
make sure your weight goes up
i.e. - while taking vandyl sulfate one appears much more vascular, 2 days after they stoy their vascularity seems to go away
I hope it's not the same for 1-ad, for a feel more solidified (i think that's the word) but have only gainedd 1 lb. after taking 1 bottle with the max dose

We'll see

Anyone else have have sides or results that they want to share?
 
3rd week gained 8lb probally 3-4lb of that is muscle strength increase's mainly on pressing movements ie... bench from 275x8 to 275x10, shoulders dumbell press from 90x6 to 90x9

feel solid all the time just as long as I'm eating alot.
 
Finished cycle #2 this week. Happy with the results. Here's a summary of both cycles.

General:
Age: 38
Height: 5' 8"

First cycle: 5 weeks
Dose: 1 cap 3x daily
Starting weight: 165
Ending weight: 180
change in skinfold at navel: +1mm
change in skinfold at kidney: +0mm
sides: gas, some shoulder and arm acne, mild fatigue, tired eyes, mild joint sensitivity

Off for 8 weeks.

Second cycle: 6 weeks
Dose: week 1 and 6 (1 cap 3x daily), week 2-5 (2 caps 3x daily)
Cycle length: 6 weeks
Starting weight: 178
Ending weight: 190
change in skinfold at navel: +1mm
change in skinfold at kidney: +2mm
sides: same as above, but less gas

Other supplements used at the same time: 1 dose of ZMA each night, 1 serving of a typical MRP during the day. 5gm of creatine per day. All of these were taken for several weeks before the beginning of the first cycle and during the off period, so I would attribute few of the results I experienced to them.

Workout: no cardio. lifted 3x per week for about 45 minutes. Not really hardcore, but I was disciplined enough to push myself to heavier weights each time on each exercise. Really surprised myself here. Significant strength gains.

Other changes: Grew completely out of virtually all my shirts, suits and sportcoats (went from 40 to 44/46 inch coat). Many, many compliments from friends and family.

Pictures: I've got some before pics. I'll diet down a bit for 8 weeks and post both before and afters. The difference is really pretty amazing.

Next time: I'll take better care of my diet. I ate about 3000 calories per day on these cycles, but only about 100g of protein and lots of junk food (burgers, pizza, ice cream).

Summary: very high praise for 1-AD. Far and away the best supplement I've ever used.

what's up with that, if I miss a meal or slack off on my calorie intake i go from feeling huge and solid back to pre cycle conditions?

I guess you really have to keep the cal's up which is O.K. but I'm affraid of gaining to much BF.

Monstar, don't take 1-ad while you are trying to cut
and do yourself a favor, diet down and drop all those stimulants -- it's just nost safe

build muscle or lose fat -- only AS does it simutaneously, so choose one
 
I know I know .... only AS can you lose fat and build muscle I know and I hate it!!

But 1-AD wouldnt be a good idea for an 18 year old would it?

Good stuff Silentsurfer.....You and I have a lot in common as far as our age, diet, etc.....I"m taking my 2 week pics tonight, and I'm going to start collecting the info from my diet/supp journal and workout log, and try to post this stuff some time this week. I'll post the pics, although, just a warning that my pre-cycle pics suck royally because the camera I borrowed was horrible....but hopefully, they are decent enough to give folks an idea of my pre-cycle condition...I'm going to try and do pics every two weeks during my six week cycle.

At any rate, in general, my experiences with 1-ad are very similar to Silentsurfer, minus the weight gain. I haven't gained much weight at all, but that probably has a lot to do with not consuming many calories...I dont' count calories, but I've been trying to keep my fat intake down a lot (at least during the week), so I think that has a lot to do with my weight not going up. Happily, though, my BF isn't going up either, and I am getting stronger in the gym.....no monstrous gains, but I am making gains never-the-less...My training log will show this....I'll try to get my results up by Tuesday, Wednesday at the latest, so stay tuned 1-ad fans...
 
hey guys, I just started my cycle today 1 pill 3x a day then I might pick it up to 2 pills 3x a day week 2. I have a Powerlifting meet coming up so my main concern is strength.

I will keep you guys posted on my progress

bodyweight 228

Gains:
gained about 2 lbs, probably due to eating like a pig
strength went up slightly, very slightly
pumps are good

Sides:
bachne from either androspray or 1-ad
insomnia
once in a while i get headaches
 
after reading all the hype i too decided to try the 1-ad. im eager to report that all i have gained is one massive daily fucking headache. i get them everyday all day long.
i will continue to inform on progress.
 
Finally had my bodyfat checked. Here are the final results of my 1-AD cycle:

Starting Weight: 202 lbs
Ending Weight: 217

Net muscle gain: ~8.8lbs
Net fat gain: ~6.2lbs

There are some qualifications that must be made to the above results. The starting weight was taken three weeks prior to the beginning of my use of 1-AD. During the intitial three weeks I added about three pounds. Weeks 4 & 5 I put on about 5lbs a week(this is probably where most of the fat was added) while using 300 mg of 1-AD. I subsequently reduced calories and during weeks 6 & 7, while using 600mg of 1-AD a day, I put on about 1 lb per week. After that I ceased use of 1-AD and during the past week I have put on no weight as I'm just trying to give my natural t-levels a little time to rebound before I started dieting(I do not think they have been significantly depressed, but I'm playing it safe.)
This is a decent result, but not significantly better than my past several bulking cycles. I gained about 6lbs of muscle, 2 lbs of fat the two previous times I bulked(1-AD free) Generally I bulk for about 4-6 weeks. So proportionately I put on quite a bit more fat while on the 1-AD. I don't think this has anything to do with the 1-AD, only the fact that I increased my calories beyond what I normally would while bulking "naturally." So I think this will be my first and last encounter with pro-hormones.

Hmmm... well put Blood&Iron.

I seem to be going on the path as far as the amount of muscle and fat I'm gaining, although the strength gains I've made have been quite impressive more so than any natural bulking cycle I've ever on.
 
RESULTS...

I haven't posted in a while, but I thought I owed it to those who posted their results, on which I relied and made the decision to spend the loot on 1-AD.

Well, this is my last week (7) and I must say that I am very upset I can't stay on longer. Here is my evaluation:

Size: I added about 11lbs (170-181) though I won't know until Wednesday how much of that is bodyfat. The weight gain pretty much curtailed after 3 wks., but my diet has been all over the place. Sometimes I eat clean, sometimes I eat whatever, and the last few days, I've been eating out alot so I apologize for not having more accurate data. Though my weightlifting buddies have commented that I got much bigger and the other day when I had to wear my suit, I found that I had grown out of all of my shirts and my suit looked a bit too tight. This was upsetting b/c I had just bought all these new shirts and ties a few months ago. Oh and strangely, my arms have grown 1/2 an inch. That's pretty significant arm growth.

Strength: HOLY SHIT! I don't know where it's coming from but all my lifts have gone through the roof.

Flatbench (before): 135x10

225x4/6

Flatbench (currently): 225x10
255x6

And that was after doing incline barbell as my first exercise for which I finished with 225x4!

Anyway, that's just an example but I can't believe the difference and I'd hate to see it go. I hope I can retain some of this strength. I had heard about how you get pumps that are so hard they hurt which I thought was BS....but, damn it actually hurts sometimes I get so pumped.

Side effects: I am very lucky I guess, compared to some of you. I had virtually no sides except for "dry eyes" which I treat with Visine, no "noticeable" hairloss, no acne (though I just finished a treatment of accutane about 2months earlier) and never did I have any burning piss or discharge. I do however piss like it's my job. I drink alot of water, but I can't hold down a 12oz of anything for more than the time it takes me to drink it.

Overall, I am very happy with my results and I can't wait to try it again.

low libido

6 days after stopping:

still have insomnia
even lower libido
head aches are gone

All in all I would say the sides are not worth the gains for me. I am 48 years old, that may be a factor
 
It took about 2-3 weeks for my libido to come back up after my cycle. My girlfriend didn't like that.

I just started my second cycle today.

Starting weight 175lbs

If libido is your biggest problem than you may be able to avoid that by stacking 1-AD with another prohormone that converts to estrogen (i.e. 4-AD or moderate dose adione)
 
2nd week on 1-AD cycle...300 mgs a day. I have experienced 0 side effects....knock on wood. I'll let everyone know how it goes for week 2.

I cannot make any guarantees but i have heard several people with pre-existing gyno say that their gyno actually receded somewhat when they were on the 1-AD
