1-AD Important Daily Dosage question!!!!!

What's the deal guys?
I look at the guidelines from the bottle and it says take 1-3 capsules per day, but then some of you guys are taking 6 capsules a day!! Why? What for? And who suggested that taking more was worth it?

How long should you use this stuff for anyway?
No one has really posted any pertinent information regarding the dosage amount, cycling, or duration of use. I need to know these things so I can compute how many bottles I will need to buy.
