1-ad and conspiracy

Benzi

New member
Now, a person's # of necessarily reflect there knowledge of as and sups, although it does reflect how long the person has been a member of the board. I have noticed that all people making outrageous claims about its use, and people who seem to set up questions for others to possibly bs an answer, all have less than 100 posts. I don't know... do I smell advertising. I have bought the stuff and now I’m wondering if I had made the right decision. I will keep everyone posted on my gains, and if I don't gain shit odds are you won't gain shit.
If I’m wrong than I’m sorry, but it had to be said. No to mention that the people who seem to be advertising only apply (w/the exception of a few posts) to 1-ad threads. Not only do they reply to the thread, but also they explain 1-ad in an advertising kind of way, if you know what I mean.
Having said this, I would like to know if anyone who has over 100 posts has had any luck with the product. Also, people who haven’t had any results.
People with less than 100 posts need not respond... but if you must go ahead.
Just so you know I’m not calling the guys liars, I just would like to see what old(er)-school elite members think about he product.
Thanks:mix:

Bro, I think you're a little paranoid . . .

I really don't care how many posts I have. I've been lurking unregistered on this board for six months now. After years of using the internet and subscribing to various message boards and discussion forums, I have come to the conclusion that it is often much easier to learn things by reading existing posts than by posting questions. BUT, if there is something you really need to know right away, it is easier to post and get an answer, and also, if I feel I can help people out and help them to understand the pros and cons of the things I've done/used, that I am morally compelled to do so. Which is part of the reason why I registered towards the end of my 1-AD cycle. I wanted to present an unbiased account of my 1-AD experience. In regard to Patrick Arnold, frankly, I think he came out with a very solid product. Biotest is really trying to discredit him, and I love T-Mag (especially all the old poliquin articles), but I think their claims about his product being ineffective/worthless are way offbase and are marketing techniques which are backed by no solid truth; it seems they just hope to get by making such statements as "1-ad is not very effective" because of the loyalty of their readers. I think PA's subtrate series is crap (androstendione is pointless from what I've read, it should be all diol or a combination of androdiol and norandrodiol with the dispersion technology in my opinion . . .) I also think that 4-AD is pretty crappy for strength gains, as I have used it and experience nothing profound about its ability to do nothing besides make me feel bloated.

1-AD has caused me to lose a good deal of hair. Would a PA advertiser admit to this? Patrick's official response to questions about hairloss go something to the tune of, "1-AD doesn't seem to be especially hard on the hairline . . ."

1-AD has given me the really tired, itchy eye thing too. It bugs me.

1-AD has also given me some slight insomnia.

After 1 month of taking 1-AD, I am definitely fatter, 10 or 12 lbs. heavier . . . However . . .

I am WAY STRONGER. I am repping my old maxes in the bench/squat 4 and 3 times, respectively. Isn't this a bodybuilding board? The majority of the people here care more about size/definition that pure, limit strength. As far as strength goes, I consider it to be the best supp I have ever taken, with micronized creatine in grapejuice/gatorade/tang behind it.

Point is, Brotha, I'm just tellin' it like it is . . . don't be so paranoid, and I hope this reply helps you out.

If i can speak on behalf of some members I know this is not the first time a product comes out and people w/ less than 50posts even come out and make outrageous claims of their products. This happens *especially* when a biotest product comes out. It's so reliable that it will happen you can place a bet on it, and a lot of them are in fact biotest employees obviously. The guy posting has probobly never used it, and is probobly a fat turd behind the computer getting paid to make up outrageous claims. And they somehow all dissappear very shortly after their outrageous claims.
I'm not calling you a liar bro, i'm just saying what has happened before. And i been on these boards for quite a while, so i know a few company's tricks. We just have to be more skeptical and read everything w/ a bit of skepticism. Afterall, in this business we have to be a bit skeptical anyway, if we weren't we'd all run out and go buy stuff like "the beast". So don't take anything to the heart bro... IMO you do sound honest and i believe you. But you just got to be careful like i mentioned earlier.

Biotest's outrageous claims :destroy:

It seems that there has been an explosion of posts lately regarding 1-AD. Supplements in general make me skeptical. I've been had too many times by boron, smilax, and countless others in my twenty years of training. Real juice works, most supplements do not. This is especially true of supplements that compare their potential results to juice results, "feels like deca", etc.

That said, I feel, and I admit I don't know why I feel this way, PA is above planting posts. I don't know whether 1-AD is the real deal because I haven't tried it, but I plan to, which is saying a lot given my contempt for hyped supplements. Arnold seems from his posts here and on anabolex to be a guy who can speak for himself and doesn't need stooges to do his dirty work. I could be wrong and I admit it.

I for one know someone that is cycling the famed 1AD and I work / workout with him. His results, side affects, comments, are what I will use to make an educated decision on weather I ever cycle it.

Not posts form boards, not even if the poster had over 300 posts.

Oh damn......I just realized I am not supposed to respond to this.

Jay, you must see where i am coming from and why i choose 100 posts as amarkers. Sure, many legit elite members don't have that many posts, and i can garuntee you that NONE of the fake elite members have over 100. That is why i would like feedback form people with over 100 posts.
And no offense to Fortes, but his post sounds like an advertisment.
Don't hate, but be truthful.

All I know is that I am no voucher to help out with Ergopharms sales. I do not have alot of posts, but slient surfer can vouch for me as we live right by each other. I could care less if anyone uses 1-AD. I could care less if they buy it from Ergopharm, or get one heck of a deal on buying it from KiloSports in powder form. All I know is that it is working. I recover so quick, that I am rarely sore at all. No hair loss, little stomach pain, but I have had some wicked headaches. They were ALOT worse in week 1, but now in week 3 and still comes and goes a little. My strength is up a ton, and weight jumped in the first week, but has stayed around +12pds the past 2 weeks. No body fat. I will post pics at end of cycle to let you all see. Stuff is expensive. So, don't have your little conspiracy theory unless you have some proof of it.

Benzi,

I definetly see where you are comming from and I agree. Too many people decide to, or not to, take a supp based on what they read on boards. I read all the post too. My point is that the information should only be part of the research needed to make the decision, and then once the decision is made you are really only trying a product that may or may not have "good" effects for you.

I also agree that alot of posts look like carefully placed ads.

BENZI i would just like to say not all people are treated equal geneticly, just as all peoples workouts are not the same and all peoples eating habits are not the same. I have used supplements for years and most are just a waste of money, but i have seen people get good results from supplements that did nothing for me but take my money. DO I BELIEVE 1AD will put twenty pounds on in a cycle no! But ONCE AGAIN NOT ALL PEOPLE ARE EQUAL. If it does not work for you make sure the manufacturer heres from you and post your result, but no matter what is said here people are going to try 1ad and make their claims.
