1-AD/6-OXO/PCT question

Hello all first time poster here but I have been reading the archives as much as I could so if I cover something that as been posted before forgive me I just could not find it. I am starting a cycle of 1-AD and I have a question about PCT. I plan to do a cycle of 300mg a day for 4 weeks. And then do a PCT of 6-oxo for 5 to 6 weeks. What I don’t know is because 6-oxo is a estrogen suppressor should I be taking it during my 1-AD cycle and then just keep it up for 2 more weeks after I quite my 1-AD? Thanks for any help. I’m loving this site tons of info and good posts.

No, don't take it before and there is no reason to take it during a 1-ad cycle because 1-ad does not aromatize. Any further estrogen suppression during the cycle will hinder your gains. Save it for after. Also realize that most people to make gains on 1-ad have to take more than the 300mg/day bottle recommendation. On my last stack I did 500-600mg, but do what works for you.

Whats on the bottle wont do much for ya. I did 400mg/day my first cycle and got great results. Did 500mg/day on the second cycle, and it was even better.

And as said above, use 6-OXO after you're done. I used it for 2 weeks, and was perfectly fine each time.
