1-ad + 4-ad question

i just started using 1-ad, and want to add 4-ad in hopes to save my sex drive.My question is what about 4-ad and gyno, i will even sacrifice my sex life for a month before taking anything that might bring on gyno. Is 4-ad safe or is there another alternative.
