Ok, I know these results look fake but this time I thought I would document all of this. Again this is mostly water weight gain.
The first pic is before I started @ 170lbs. 2nd pic is me 2 weeks into my 1-AD cycle. My cycle is listed below the pics.

I'll prolly post week 4 on here once it comes up. Here's my cycle.
1-AD 600mg/day (2 pills 3x day)
4-AD 12sprays 2x a day
5mg Creatine
Ginger root
2 n-large shakes/day
4000 calorie diet
This is my 3rd good cycle on 1-AD. When I started out I was 150-155lbs. I'll prolly bloat up to 200lbs+ then go down to 190-185lbs. I lost 20lbs this summer by slacking off. This is my first time stacking it with a heavy 4-AD. Sex drive so far is above average for some off reason. Last time without 4-AD it suffered greatly.
