I was wondering if you can explain the difference between being a vegan and being a vegetarian
I was having this argument the other day with my brother-in-law who is a personal trainer. He says that vegetarians can eat meat and I was telling him it was not true

5'8 weighing in at 70kg
not sure about bf, but i have an athletic body so i am lean but not that lean.
I have a good diet and being vegetarian (no egg or fish) its a little more difficult to make the gains i ideally want.
I rely hugely on protein...
