so my kidneys are a little strained and from reading it seems like it’s a pretty common thing with bodybuilders especially those of us who do a lot of lifting and those of us who use steroids
but my doctor said to keep an eye on it and it’s not going to be a good thing long-term

I heard that l-theanine was a really good amino acid that was found in a lot of different teas and also mushrooms. I'm not a tea drinker and I absolutely hate mushrooms on my pizza yuck!. mushrooms and anchovies are no no lol
should I try supplementing with this stuff is it even worth it...
