I know what psyllium husk is, I did my homework on it. Seems like it is good to get extra fiber in your diet.
But my concern is how much do you need to take everyday and how many of you take this stuff in your diet and do you think it is mandatory?
has anyone ever try making protein pudding? Or how about mixing in some protein powder would putting itself would that be a healthy snack? Another option I right about was mixing psyllium husk when water creating a gel and then adding protein powder to it. Would that be a choking hazard or does...
