I'm looking to get some help with anti-inflammation inside my body
the reason is I'm gaining a lot of bloat and I'm getting a lot of pain in my joints
I think it's inflammation that is causing it so I need something to take for it
What I do certain lifts in the gym my back starts to flare up. It's like an inflammation issue. Do you think it's my technique when I lift weights or do you think it has more to do with an existing injury that is flaring up. It happens mostly when I do squats and deadlifts
