I did some research online and came up with some foods that are considered to be healthy fats and I would like to pick your brains on which ones you would recommend in which ones I should eliminate from my diet
1. fatty fish
2. avocado
3. coconut oil
4. raw nuts
what else is good?

I’m now in my 60s and I’m trying to get my body in the best shape possible. I’ve had a rough life three divorces and paying a lot of Child...
Looking to improve the amount of fats I’m getting in my diet.
What fat would you use if you wanted to run something that was gonna help your joints and lube them up?
I’m looking for a supplement that would fit exactly what I’m looking for.
Any advice?
