Having a lot of gas issues after big protein meals
Wondering which enzymes work the best to take before a meal or should I take them with the meal to help break down my Foods better
it’s having an effect on my bowel movements too and giving me constipation and other issues maybe I’m low on fiber...
do you guys take anything for your gut help?
I'm talking about enzyme, probiotic, kombucha, stuff like that or do you just wing it?
I just got done taking antibiotics for a stubborn bout of pneumonia I got after my COVID and I read that I should be taking something after for my gut Flora
I just wanted to post this to see who on here still drinks milk and who own here gave it up. I used to drink a lot of milk and I've noticed the past few years I'm unable to digest it very well, someone told me to get an enzyme to take but even that does not help. Just wondering if it's necessary...
