Hi. I am looking at BCAA's and EAA's in bulk. Which one should i get. Obviously the BCAA's have only 3 amino acids in it and contain a higher amount, (100% BCAA's). The EAA's have all of the essential amino acids, obviously including the 3 BCAA's, but not at a higher amount because it has the...
