dosage

Hi guys, I was just wondering, would I be better off injecting sust 250 at 187.5 eod or 250 mon/thur? I will be doing deca @ 200mg e3d. What do yous think? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated, this is my 3rd cycle btw. Thanks in advance!

I've been taking T3 and ECA for now for 3 days, going to start the clen on day 10 So that the T3 is in full effect at that time, this is how the cycle was planned, I'm just not sure if the 100mg/10 days is fine? or if I should keep the dosage spilt evenly so that it stays going up or down every...
