    help with improving liver

    I’m looking for some advice when it comes to improving my liver numbers they are no good AST and ALT are too high. I’m not sure about using supplements and how much they would help here but what do you recommend if I was to go the supplement route is there a specific one you recommend?

    Severe AST high

    My AST is too high I got my blood work done Everything else pretty much came up in line or slightly out of range so I'm not really concerned But how do I fix AST issues and what does it mean when it is twice the normal range. Mine is close to 100 total reading
