    Training is great right now. I busted ass for some photos in August and took a break for a few weeks. Now I"m back in the groove and training hard. I have crossfit certification coming up in January. Nothing else can make you feel so weak! How are things for you?

    lol i know what was said and it was said in jest - i really expected to lose bro serious - it's only k and i was down to a little over a mil when i hosted an nba game and ended up with about 5.5! sad thing bor is when i was hell bent on making it i never got over 10 mil and stayed for even a week - Now i tried to lose it and bam - the art of gambling when your in a slump bet to lose!!!

    Lol thats the problem with people my age. I really wanted to DL 315 by my 15th bday but its coming up in like 4 weeks and Iv just had to drop deads 50lbs back cuz my form has gotten so shit. Im at like 180lbs x 8 now pretty easy but just keeping the form nailed... doesnt look like Im gonna make it. I wana DL 405 before Im 16 too...
