LOL, got like 3 weeks of sittin around, doing nothing, I transfer to another university in March, then working on something... just been doing cardio and not lifting at all. I gotta shed like 12 lbs put on an 8 week layoff. Gonna start Monsterdrol next week, when I begin lifting. I'll pm U and ask U about this. Thanx brah. So far pretty good. Just into my second week now. Chest day and Leg day left me sore for days, I had to miss back because of a family party and shoulder day was fun, but im not sore at all. Just got back from the gym and my second time on leg day so Ill see how I feel tomorrow! I dont think Ill be as bad as last week, last week I could barely walk down the stairs but right now im fine...
