I assume you have a slow cooker? Make some kalua pig.
1 8-10lb pork shoulder (bone-in)
sea salt
liquid smoke
Trim visible fat off of the pork. Coat both sides with a good amount of liquid smoke, then sea salt (maybe half a handful of salt each side).
Cook on low for 12 hours. Remove bone and pull apart pork in slow cooker. Let cook for another 12 hours.
Eat and be happy.
