Attempt #2 with ON casein failed as well.

Tried 2 scoops + 1 cup of fruit and eyeballed the milk. Still didnt fluff after 10 minutes on high.

The result didnt taste half bad, but I WANT THE FLUFF!

Did you have a problem of your bowl being too deep? The mixer has been running for about 2 minutes but Im not sure if its even mixing enough eg the mixers are barely touching the "fluff."

Nice. I just went to Target and got myself a nice stand mixer. I only have chocolate peanut butter Team Skip at home, but I figured 33% casein and 33% egg will more than make up for the 33% whey. Got some mixed berries to throw in there too.
