    Hey steve hope all is well.. I am finished with the hcg/hmg and now am 5 days into clomid and phytoserms. I still feel as suppressed as ever and was wondering if this is normal. I'm going to complete the protocol and get blood work a week later regardless but wanted to know if I should be feeling a little better by now

    First I want to say thanks to taking the time to reply to my shutdown after pct thread. I have gotten all the pieces of the puzzle in the mail (hcg/hmg/phytoserms/clomid) and just had a quick question about phytoserms. I am 5'6 170 lbs so would my dose be 1 per day? Also should I start it after my last hcg/hmg or can I start earlier? Thanks
    Yeah, up the eq another 100 mgs a week in about a week because myostatin will raise about week 8, which means your cycle will stall. Upping the doses at that time will combat myostatin from getting out-of-control; high levels of myostatin will indeed stall your cycle. That's smart to keep the tren at 200 mgs a week. Like I said, 99% of the people on this board don't have the muscle nor the muscle capacity to utilize a lot of tren. But these people on this board don't want to hear it; they fall for all the bro lore. I'm done talking to them! Irrespective of evidence to the contrary.

    I didn't want to expound in that thread. But here is my luck. By the time I was 29 I had 3 overall championships under my belt and placed first in my class at the Juniors (got robbed out of the overall) and was primed to do some damage at the Nationals. My first fiancee did not like the BBing lifestyle, so she gave me an ultimatum, it was her or the sport. Considering she was the best human being I ever met I chose her and quit competing. She ended-up getting killed in a car accident. Ever since then I have put BBing before anything else. This gives you something to consider...
    I'm a little germaphobic so I avoid saunas myself. However, if you can overcome that strange fear I have then saunas are definitely beneficial for combating water retention. Why? Saunas cause you to sweat, which is one way to get rid of stubborn water retention. Sweating is a leading indicator your metabolism is "probably in high gear," which is what we strive for when trying to combat water retention.

    Moreover, there is more to it than just combating water per se; we combat sodium also. Sodium ions get trapped underneath the skin, which could block a lot water from surfacing. Hence, taste your sweat when you are doing cardio, or when you are in a sauna. If your sweat tastes like salt then you are holding too much sodium. Stay in the sauna until your sweat tastes like pure water; which will indicate that the sodium is out, which means muscle-masking fluid has pretty much dissipated. Once your sweat starts to taste like water you are in business and water will start to release rapidly. Make sure you are drinking water while in a sauna so you can keep water flowing and prevent it from being trapped.

    I would say, hit the sauna for about a 1/2 hour right after you weight train because your metabolism will already be amped up and you will be able to relax in the sauna and sweat out some excess water without wasting muscle..

    Thank you for the advice. Although I am pretty set on the cycle I was looking for experience based advise on the effects of the stack more than my current body composition. A lot of advice concerning effectiveness seems to be based on opinion or hear say from someone they knew. As for the effectiveness of oxandrolone I would refer you to the Journal of Physiology, March 2004, Treatment with oxandrolone and the durability of effects in older men. In this study the control group was split into 3 groups, a testosterone, placebo and oxandrolone group. After three months, at a rather low dosage, "there was a significantly greater decrease in subcutaneous abdominal fat in the ASOX (oxandrolone) group compared to the testosterone or placebo groups....There was also a tendency for the ASOX group to exhibit greater losses in visceral fat and the absolute level of visceral fat in this group was significantly lower at three months than in the testosterone and placebo group." I have numerous other clinical studies from peer reviewed journals with the same results. One of great interest deminstrated that 12 weeks after the study was completed the participants taking the oxandrolone were asked to return for body fat and lean muscle density measurements. Twelve weeks later the fat loss remained while there was a reduction in lean muscle. I am not taking this as a wonder pill but with the understanding that the potential for this treatment to move me closer to my goal is wholly dependent on me. Thank you for the advice.
    Yeah, I figured your lipids were good considering you said you felt good. After you get your HPTA to where you want it and start up the sauce again you will be strong as a bull and grow like a weed. Cardio makes one grow; people automatically assume cardio is just for losing weight, they could not be more wrong. Cardio supplies the muscles with energy and oxygen, which in return makes one grow. Keep up the good work!
    It is called being steroid-dependent; I have seen it a 1,000 times in my BBing days. People love quick fixes; they use roids as a crutch instead of an element to assist them in their training, that's why I have seen soooo many people start the race and never finish it.What will eventually happen with these people you worked/work with is that roids will stop working for them, and they will end up with a frustrated experience and then they will just flat out quit training. I'm pretty sure I have a good idea who you are talking about, and I'm not remotely impressed with their physiques. You and I can go to any high school in America and find 20-30 kids who have the identical physique as these people, and those kids will more likely be natty. Look, I did not touch a roid until I was 24 years old and I stopped taking them for about 8 years when I was in my 30s. I trained natty for all those 8 years and never missed a workout and always ate clean; those are some of the main reasons why I'm 41 years old and I'm a Class A Bodybuilder/Weight Trainer and they are Class C, and that's giving them the benefit. You are on the right path: just don't deviate from that path and you will indeed have a long and successful BBing career.
    Yeah, that's smart not to use roids unless your lipids are in good shape. Imo, you should get bloods done when your not taking anything, uncluding sups, those sups could mask some potential problems. Anyway, if you are feeling good that is "usually" a leading indicator that your lipids are normal, but they could be slightly high, so it is smart to get bloods done just to be safe.

    Yes, I most certainly do have some suggestions :) Considering you are looking for slow, quality gains you have to be a little patient. First, start your dose at 400 mgs a week; this way will give your body time to adjust to the hormone and time to adapt accordingly to the enviromental stimuli. Through my experiences, 1 month is suffice time to where my body adjusts and adapts to the hormone, then I usually increase my dosage by 100 mgs a week, and stay at that dose for a month, then increase it to another 100 mgs a week after adaption occurs again. It seems that I personally reach muscle/hormonal plateaus about every 4 weeks, I would venture to say you would reach plateaus basically at the same rate as me. Therefore, I recommend you dose the way I explained in above sentences; that is the best way to pack on quality muscle because you will not be overloading your system with large amounts of gear all at one time and you will be giving your body time to utilize the hormone without wasting it. This dosing strategy is my theory I discovered by testing different hypothesis through trial and error; and my theory has been tried and it is true. I would say, do 400 mgs a week for a month, then up to 500 mgs a week for a month, then up it to 600 mgs a week. Stay at 600 mgs for the duration of your cycle unless you feel you reached another plateau, then up it another 100 mgs a week, that should by suffice and get you the gains you desire. As for the appetite increase from EQ, I will say there is some truth to it but I believe it is exaggerated. When I use EQ it enables me to want to eat when it is time to eat, which prevents me from force-feeding myself. It increases my appetite enough to want to eat at the appropiate times, but not to the point where I want to go to McDonalds 10 minutes after I just ate.. That's pure nonsense! Remember, EQ raises RBCs; so it transports oxygen and nutrients to muscles at faster rate than the majority of other AASs, which means you can eat a little more without fretting because the food will be utilized more.

    thanks bro! 25 mg a day for the rat and DO NOT exceed that... that's the sweet spot but as you and I both know, more is not always better and anything over 25mg day is where the sides can start to occur... its slightly suppressive but when running it with either hcgenerate or test infusion its kept to a minimum... I always use it in pct and bloods have always been spot on but that's because we have strong pct's... I use it in pct and then go straight to a bridge with it... Its very effective both ways...

    Hey sorry to bug, not sure what you know on blood work and not sure the keywords to search on here or google to get exact, with exception of testosterone, and estrodial as they are checked regularly had a friend/trainer suggest check thyroid, serotonin, dopamine. Been on higher dosages of TRT and along with nandrolone for awhile(done wonders for immune system and other blood work in line as well), having some anxiety issues(been there before TRT just holiday season has brought it out also think it is causing sexual issues), which were there to begin with, and other more intimate issues. Visiting Doc end of january again to refill scripts, wondering anything else you would recommend getting. While I don't know you personally know the posts you have given in the past know, you know your stuff.

    you jumped your rat a bit quick... i would've only bumped him to 60 to ease into it... if they vision is tolerable then just keep him at 70 for at least the next 2 weeks... then assess him from there and let me know and we'll move his dosage accordingly... i think he will be just fine... s4 is just such a delicate dosing... its good the vision is tolerable though... that's a good sign bro...
    your rats are fine to run 8 weeks... if they start to get intolerable vision sides then you can put them on a 5 day 2 off protocol... as a first run, the dosage is what's more important to be conservative with as opposed to the length... you will have a good idea after the first few weeks on your rats tolerance... once you see how that goes, pm me and we will move on accordingly bro!

    hey steve, sorry to bother you just wanted to ask you a quick question. I was planning on running tren/test my second cycle, wanted to do test e 500mg a week for 10 weeks and wanted to add tren in weeks 5-10 at 50mg eod , do you think that would be good for a second cycle?

    I need your help. I was trying to mix tren and test depo together to inject. First i toke out 1ml test with needle then change the needle and with the same syringe tryed to take out tren but my test went out of syrange and gon to Tren vial. Now I have a vial of Tren 8ml which is mixed with 1ml test. I was wondering is it stil safe to use it like for couple of weeks or its off?
