@smallNugz definitely a good protocol that you have there. The most important one in there, in my opinion, is the retatrutide; that will help eliminate food noise. Make sure you're food prepping consistently; no more junk food or fast food.
Count me in as one of those who is pro carb as long as they are the right carbs.
In the blue zones the majority of their diet is carbs. I don't think people realize that and these are the people who have minimal health problems and live to over 100 years old.
@Blackout- keep up the good work on this. The testosterone, the retatrutide, the equipoise, and the NPP are a good stack together. I'm curious to see how you make out with it.
I mean if tren is not going to be okay for you then who is it okay for? You have to be 35 years old to use tren? I don't really understand that concept. If it fits what you're looking for then use it. If it doesn't then pick something else.
