Is Tudca worth it or overrated?

I've been on Tudca at 500 mg a day for the past 10 weeks. Recently got blood work done and my blood work is barely different. I was wondering if you think that this supplement is overrated or do you think I should maybe increase the dosage?

It's hard to say with just this information you have provided. TUDCA does work, but it depends on what you are using it for and under what conditions. If you share the bloodwork results as well as any compounds etc. you have been on, in what amount and over what period and how the timing aligns with the bloodwork results you have taken, will be able to give you a better answer.

I think if you use it solo it is going to be a bit overrated. That's why it's important to stack it.

Tudca definitely isn't overrated. I think that it's extremely good stuff but it works so much better as part of the formula of n2guard

One thing I haven't seen mentioned here — do you know where your numbers were before you started the TUDCA? If your liver enzymes were already in a normal range going in, there isn't much for it to 'fix' on paper. And labs vary a bit too, so results from a different lab can bounce around. Same lab, same conditions, before and after — that's the only comparison that really tells you anything. Without that, 'barely different' doesn't actually say the TUDCA did nothing.
