Advice on how to boost testosterone levels when they're low

Doctor first mate. Get some blood work so you can gauge exactly what needs your attention.

Naturally boosting testosterone - there is a million different gurus who swear they have cracked the code. But simply put , it isn't a one size fits all scenario.

Testosterone obviously is your most obvious route to boost your testosterone levels. But again I would advise you check blood work first. Consult with your doctor about TRT/HRT.

If your testosterone is low, you will get a script but you can essentially come here and speak with a vendor and get the same quality at a fraction of the price.

Natural supplement route.
Vitamin d3
Zinc
Prioritise routined quality sleep
Healthy lifestyle - diet & exercise.

Hope this helps mate

I'm coming off a 10-year sexless marriage. I need your advice when it comes to boosting testosterone levels. Because I feel like my levels are low.
I wanted to know: How do I boost testosterone levels when they're low? What is a good supplement option for me?
You can't go wrong with @Viper Labs advice, mate. Spot on. 👍

The first step is always getting bloodwork done so you know exactly where things stand rather than guessing. Once you have those results, you can make informed decisions about whether it's a lifestyle issue, a deficiency or something worth discussing with your doctor.

Sorry to hear about the marriage mate. You might have some hormonal imbalance causing maybe low drive, low libido and maybe feeling down in general. Go on imedical and get a basic hormonal test to see what's going on, for 150$ you can get a big panel.
If your levels are in range you might want to look at psychological remedies if that's the thing dragging you down. If your levels are low then you can look into HRT and natural ways to boost it up, weight loss and a physical activity being the major ones.

I was diagnosed with low Test two years ago at the young age of 28 yo. Sometimes hormones can explain certain things

Bros, tribulus is one of the most popular options. It really works.

A few things to unpack here first, mate. We need to establish what's actually causing your testosterone levels to be low rather than just jumping straight into treating the numbers.

Naturally testosterone can decline with age but there's also a heap of lifestyle and dietary factors that can influence this. Have you used anabolics previously? How active are you? What's your diet and sleep like? Do you do any resistance training?

First things first, as others have suggested, get some comprehensive bloodwork done and establish exactly where you're sitting. Ideally two separate morning testosterone readings alongside free testosterone, shbg, lh, fsh and other relevant markers. You don't know where you're going if you don't know your starting point.

Secondly I'd be attacking the low hanging fruit. Improve your diet, get active, start lifting weights, prioritise sleep and manage stress wherever possible. These things can make a meaningful difference if they're contributing to the problem.

Moving forward there's two potential pharmacological pathways worth discussing with a doctor.

Trt introduces exogenous testosterone and effectively bypasses your body's natural production. It's generally more predictable at maintaining physiological testosterone levels but suppresses lh and fsh which can affect fertility and testicular function. It's typically a long term commitment, although not necessarily permanent for everyone.

Enclomiphene on the other hand, works by stimulating your your hpta through increased lh and fsh signalling. Rather than replacing testosterone you're encouraging your testes to produce more naturally. The advantage is potentially maintaining fertility and endogenous production without committing to exogenous testosterone. However, it relies on your testes being capable of responding and the long term clinical evidence is considerably more limited than trt.

If you've had a history of prolonged anabolic use, that's another consideration entirely. Recovery of natural production can be unpredictable and previous steroid use alone doesn't automatically mean trt is your only option.

Ultimately brother, I'd be looking at the underlying cause first rather than jumping straight into either treatment. If your levels are genuinely low and lifestyle interventions aren't resolving the issue, then you've got a much better foundation to determine which pathway is appropriate.

Don't just chase a testosterone number. Chase the reason it's low in the first place.

Wishing you all the best my bro 💙

Hcgenerate is one of my favorites. It's been used for years for exactly these reasons.

This is good advice. I think when psychological things are going on, it can definitely make a difference.

I would get back into dating if you see a beautiful woman that you're attracted to. I bet your libido gets fixed.
