Best way to use retatrutide to cut down

I'm looking to use retreated to try to cut down and get more of a physique that I can look in the mirror and be proud of. I'm currently around 17% body fat. I would like to get down closer to 10%, especially ahead of the beach season. What would you recommend in terms of dosing? Should I go with 2 mg for 12 weeks then increase it to 3 mg or should I start a little higher?

Morning brother! Individual response to GLP1 agonists varies wildly so if you haven't used on before, you can't really plan your run this way. Start conservative, around 1mg/ week, and adjust as needed based on appetite and progress.

You can't out-drug a poor diet though, so your success will depend on how dialed in and consistent you can be with your nutrition and output/ activity.

Run it at 1mg to start and plan to run it for 24 weeks. Clinically significant results were seen at 24 weeks and maximum therapeutic benefits achieved at 48 weeks. 1mg for 4 weeks and bump by 1mg every 4 weeks from there on.
If you start 2mg supplement with digestive aids especially psyllium seed husk.
