Something to take in PCT along with Nolvadex

did PCT twice, one time with Clomid and one time with Nolvadex. Both times it did not go well. Now I'm reading that I should run a supplement with it. Do you think that I can add something to it? Which supplement would you recommend that I should do in PCT?

I think Fenugreek and Tribulus are a great stack but you should run them a minimum of 1000 mg each per day. That will bring you the best benefits and you'll have some amazing results.

always has done well on Tongkat Ali and Fenugreek. I think those are underrated supplements. You can run them between 500 and 1000 mg a day. That should work great.

Don't forget about zinc. If you don't have zinc, your testosterone can't get kick-started. That's a very important mineral in your body.
