Morning fasted/pre work
Doing this daily in the morning before work, where I do approx 8-10k steps before my first meal. This protocol is to leverage as many free fatty acids liberated during sleep after 4iu HGH pre bed, to be shuttled into mitochondria. Walking, especially faster paced brisk walking, utilises fatty acids as predominant energy substrate, so I feel these are the perfect conditions for this protocol. I’m interested in adding an additional non-stim fat loss agent, but doesn’t get much better than what I already am using. Keen to tighten up further down the line.
