I would say start off slow-with 1 peptide then after 30 days add the other one in.
Cautious route but if you have any side affects you can easily narrow it down to what peptide and adjust dosage accordingly.
BPC 157: 200–500 mcg daily- so start with 200 mcg for 2-3 weeks and see how it goes
TB 500: 2–5 mg weekly so 2 mg would be your starting point
The good news is this is one of safest or least side affects reported peptide stack. Lots of upside minimal downside.

These two get brought up together a lot.
BPC-157 is targeted. Most of the conversation around it focuses on tendons, ligaments, and gut tissue. The idea is that it supports blood vessel formation around damaged areas, which is exactly what stubborn injuries need. People reach for it when something specific just won't heal.
TB-500 is broader. It works more systemically, think whole-body repair signaling rather than one spot. Where BPC is a scalpel, TB-500 is more of a general repair switch.
The stack appeal is obvious. One handles the local environment, the other handles the bigger picture. That said, neither one does much if the fundamentals are broken. Sleep, protein, reducing inflammatory foods. These things seem to matter more than people want to admit.
Worth knowing that both exist in a legal gray area and aren't approved for human use in most countries.
