For anyone who followed by last log, i just finished up a cutting phase and now im attempting to build back some muscle.
I need to keep my HPTA functioning, as im still family planning. With this in mind i think a combination of HGH, Reta and Clen is the best move forward, to stay lean, add muscle and keep the balls working.

My starting weight is 76.3kg. Less than 3 months ago I was a fat fuck, and now im the leanest i've been in years. The perfect time to build back up and make back some gains.

I do my best to structure my workouts like this. I've got a family and i do my best, so sometimes i have to switch stuff around, combine workouts, condense a workout ect.
This will be the "ideal" plan.
I also play recreational Cricket, Rugby and do some night running. So im very active.

Carbs 280g
Calories 2600
Have to start actually country macros now. Im not an idiot and my fitnesspal exists, so ill be ok.
Im going to start at 2600 calories to see how i go. I have a pretty high caloric output, but im also fairly light.
I got plenty of time, so i don't mind if i spend a few weeks finding my feet on marcos.

As i want to keep my HPTA active, any and all AAS are of the table. The only peptide that is going to provide any sort of anabolic effect is HGH.
Reta is good to offset any insulin resistance from the HGH. It also has alot of general health benefits, and i feel like i get better pumps on it. So im staying on it.
I can eat in a surplus on reta if i have to, its not hard.

Clen in a mass phase might sound counter productive, but its actually mildly Anabolic at 20mcg.
Im gonna start at 20mcg and maybe go up to 40mcg so long as there is no side effects.
