Today was pull 2 for the week and always we took progress like candy froma baby! PRs across the sesh and a wicked pump
Sleep was so-so, but thats to be expected for me lol
@IronHQ motsc and 5 amino went in this
Morning before fasted cardio, then the 5 amino again and semax pre workout, finishing with selank post workout to get into rest and digest mode, i highly rate this combo for anyone looking to maximise results! His reta goes in every monday at just 0.5mg weekly, thankyou IRON!

I always finish my training with 3 sets of cable ab crunches superset with vacuum holds
And then 10 minutes of cardio to finish always
I spent the afternoon doing client work and some errands along with my 2nd round of sauna and then chilled for the rest of the day
All meals eaten, all steps done, all drugs taken
Gonna chill tonight with some sugarfree zooper doopers and keep watching nemisis on netflix (banger show)
Hopefully get a good nights sleep then hit training day 6 of the week hard tommorow!
Keen as to smash legs 2 tommorow!
