Today was push 2 for the week and it was a cracker! PRs across the sesh and felt strong and big!



Also slept like a rock lastnight, admittidly some pharmacological intervention was in place

I always finish my training with 3 sets of cable ab crunches superset with vacuum holds



And then 10 minutes of cardio to finish always



I hit PRs all across the board today on legs and no injuries, niggles or negatives to announce!

Hopefully get a good nights sleep then hit training day 6 of the week hard tommorow!

Today was Rest day tommorow will be push! Today i spent the day getting steps in, doing client checkins and cleaning up the house, some extra sauna and netflix was had also



Sleep was crap, up every 20 mins from 8pm until cardio at 2am, always to be expected after a killer zop sleep night the night before lol
