Afternoon ladies and gentleman!
Today was legs 2!
Honestly felt fucking zapped all morning, couldve layed in bed all day, so wasnt sure how the session would go, but as usual, pumpjuice, semax, a dopa drive tablet from driven nutrition and a blue Hawaiin monster and g2g! Legs turned out to be an immense sesh!
Sometimes you just cant judge how a session will go based off how you feel, ive had plenty days where i felt ass leading in but turned into a killer sesh
Sleep was ok, the forst few hrs i was a bit choppy trying to stay asleep, then my alarm went off at 1am and i was surprised as i usually wake up wide awake before that, honestly i shouldve slepped longer, but thats ok coz after morning routine i went back to bed and caught another 2-3 hrs
Sundays client wise a few clients checking in and then the rest of the day is dedicated to getting training, meal prep and chores done before a fresh week

Abs i trialled before training and it was awesome i felt i had better abdominal control and cardio after as always (improves insulin sensitivity and also helps keep my waist tight)
