OVERVIEW: didn’t record my workout
Workout: Back/Bis/Shoulders
3x12@100kgs Lat pull downs
1x12@100kgs - forgot name (pulling towards yourself with cables)
2x12@95kgs - forgot name
1x12@30kgs bicep curl machine (weight plate)
1x8@25kgs bicep curl machine (weight plate)
2x10@25kgs bicep curl machine (weight plate)
(These started strong and went to shit after the first set because I haven’t eaten enough)
I continued to do more workouts but got mentally sidetracked in though and didn’t write them down
Supplements daily: Fish oil, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Magnesium, Iron (every 2nd day) and more but I don’t have them on me atm
Financials: Hmmmmmmm
MENTAL HEALTH: 3/10
Increase in comparison to prior days. I’ve done an awful lot of reflecting lately and my sense of self worth today has drastically increased. I’m pretty fucking incredible as a person and I see that now and what I bring to the table. I have some shit to work on of course I’m not perfect but I know what I need to do to become the best version of myself.
Lots of learning, lots of healing, lots of growth
I truly now think I’m deserving of genuine love, compassion and time
