Week 2 Update - 22May


Week 2 Update/Feedback:

• Reta is very obviously legit and g2g to me. Reta peaks at day 3 and I (personally) can feel it wearing off at day 7 when I'm due to pin again.
• Reta has caused food reduction in 'moderate' levels and has been particularly useful for nighttime cravings
• GLOW pinned directly into left lower back along pelvic line into sore area at doses seen below and as planned. I pin it blind behind my back in the spot that is the issue. GLOW so far has acted like a mild 'painkiller' effect whereby I have less noticeable 'all day' pain annoyance. When bending certain ways or during lifts the pain is still noticeable.
• GLOW for Week 2 will remain at dosing as per below but I may double the dose by week 3-4. So far it has had a mild effect on ongoing pain. This injury was caused a decade ago and has been present since I blew out my left knee during a workplace incident.
