Hey EF community,

I'm new to logging and thought i would start to log my progress.

Age: 45
Training experience:
Been training for 15 years but started to take it seriously for the past 5 years. Just recently sign with a coach @ ash lachlan 4 months ago. You can follow his logs on this forum.
Recently finished my 15 week cut phase and lost 12.5 kg (results below)



Now I’m week 4 into my growth phase and will log each day with updates. I started my growth phase at 85kg and currently at 92kg. My aim over the next 3 months is to reach 98kg and try and stay as lean as possible.

Training split:
Monday / Thursday – Upper
Tuesday / Friday – lower
Wednesday/Saturday – Cardio
Supplements:

Magnesium glycinate - 200mg morning 400mg before bed

Fish oil - 6 grams per day 3am/3pm

K2/d3 200mcg/10000iu first meal

Multivatmin - 1 morning

Vitamin c - 1000mg/day

turine: 5g

L-carnitine: 600mg

Slu: 40mg

M-Blue: 10mg

Mots-c: 10mg

NAD+: 20mg day

creatine: 10g day

test e: 900mg week

GH: 10iu

cialis: 10mg

make sure you get some bloods done to make sure the EQ is working - it has the habit of crashing E2 and for some people on relatively low doses - but I do like the idea of EQ for AI thats what I will do on my upcoming cycle on EVO

I will go through my daily meals below then my training for today:

Nutrition:
Meal 1: ( 2 hours pre training)

50g coco pops
20g whey protein (R1 WPI)

45 mins pre training:
120ml coconut water
120ml pomegranate juice
10g creatine

1 scoop BSN pre workout powder
50mg Slu
10mg M-Blue

1mg Mots-c

20mg NAD +

Post training:
120g oats
200g cream of rice
40g Whey protein
5g honey

Meal 3 and 4:
400g chicken breast
135g pasta
4 eggs
70g mixed vegetables

Meal 5:
200g tuna
Salad
Total: 3537 calories. 286 protein, 392 carbs, 77 fats

Training:
Today is lower session 1:


Seated hamstring curl: 2 sets of 68kg

Quad extension: 2 sets of 94kg

Pendulum/hack squat: 2 sets 100kg

Walking lunges: 20kg plate. 20 steps x 2

45 degree back raise free weight loaded: 10kg. 2 x 15

Cable ab crunch: 2 sets 15. 36kg

Calve raise leg press: 2 sets 15 125kg

Great workout today. Legs are feeling good. I did 10 mins on the stairs going at level 5 to finish the workout off. Now im off to eat my post workout meal which is listed above. Please send me any questions that you have. Have a great day everyone!!!!!

Huge upper 2 session today.

Had my pre workout meal of 50g coco pops, 20g WPI and my normal shake of 120ml coconut water, pomegranate juice, 10g Creatine, 5g taurine, BSC pre workout powder.
I also had 1mg motsc, 1mg semax and 20mg NAD+.
Feeling great today.

I wanted to test my strength today so went a little away from my chest routine to include some bench.

Exercise 1:
Lat pull-down: 2 sets x 100kg. 8 reps each

Exercise 2:
Bench press: 3 sets x 160kg 8 reps. Bench is feeling strong. Aim towards end of growth phase is to get back up to 190kg

Exercise 3:
Lat raises: 2 sets 22.5kg 12 reps each

Exercise 4:
Superset B/B bicep curls: 50kg for 6 reps
Rope tricep extension : 50kg for 6 reps. 3 sets of each

Finished the session with 10 mins on the stepper at level 8 keeping my heart rate around the 130 mark.

Post workout meal:

120g oats
200g cream of rice
40g WPI
10g honey

weight today: 95kg (up just under 1kg for the week)

Up early to have my pre work out meal. As its leg day today, i had 75g coco pops and 20g WPI from R1 (cookies and cream rocks).

About a hour later had my shake which consisted of:

- 120ml coconut water
- 120 pomegranate juice
- 10g creatine, 5g taurine
- 200g pre workout powder (BSC)

Also had my peps:
1mg mots-c
1mg semax
20mg NAD +

20mg EQ

Onto the gym to continue my love/hate relationship with legs. Im going through a bit of a love stage at the moment which is rare but loving it:

This was a hard session today. feeling stuffed but got the day to recover before i head out later on and do some cardio. My cardio today is 15 minutes on the stepper at level 8. Heart rate will be around 130-135 mark which is perfect.

In about 45 minutes ill have my second meal of the day which is:

200g chicken breast
135g pasta
70g mixed veggies
70g pineapple
thats it. boring but yum haha.

i will have this again in about 3 hours time.

B/P: 108/55 HR: 55. I take my blood pressure everyday as I belief it’s so important for heart health.

Session today. 15 mins steeper at level 8. Trying to keep my HR around the 130 mark

Cable crunches: 36kg. 3 sets of 15 reps
Hanging leg raises: 3 sets 15 reps

First meal of the day:

Food is the same as previously. Though i have a check in with coach @Swcc on thursday so this may change.

Alarm went off early and had my 50g cocopops with 20g Whey. 1 hour later had my pre workout shake which consists of:
120ml coconut water
120ml pomegranate juice
10g creatine, 5g taurine
1 scoop of BSN pre workout which hits the spot. Also adding to the mix everyone fav pump - 10mg cialis (love it)

Peps:
2mg Motsc
20mg NAD +
0.25mg MT2

Oils:
128mg test e
30g deca
20mg Eq

Hitting a different gym today but the same machines.

Leg workout: Lower session 1:

Seated hamstring curl: 3 sets 68kg x 12 reps

Walking lunges: with 20kg plate each hand. 10 steps each way x 3

That was a crazy session today. Legs are cooked but now have to go to school and teach PE all day (help me haha)

Post workout meal:

Also added to the mix 45 min after training - 2 bananas and 5g Daily greens.

15 min stepper. 150 calories at level 8.

20 mins bike 125 calories at level 10. Thought I would of burnt more here but that’s ok. Felt like I pushed hard.

Finished the session with 2 sets of floor crunches and leg raises. 15 reps per set.

Off to work to teach the next generation. Poor kids haha.

Hey bro. What a team. Yeah mate my strength is not too bad. Once i get my focus back on chest, i normally can do 190kg reps for bench which is pretty good
Unreal bro, keep it up. I nearly had a haemorrhage trying to bench 140 a couple months back 😂 iv had some shoulder set backs the last 12 months but it’s getting a lot better, hopefully bump those numbers up eventually

Oh man. 140 is still an amazing weight bro. Nothing worse than shoulder injuries. Im glad it’s getting better mate. Keep lifting hard bro. Will been keen to hear how you go

5g daily greens. I have this 1 hour after my post workout meal with 2 bananas.

B/P this morning was 107/58. HR: 54 very happy with this.

Cardio session this morning:

15 min stepper. 150 calories at level 8.

20 mins bike 125 calories at level 10. Thought I would of burnt more here but that’s ok. Felt like I pushed hard.

Finished the session with 2 sets of floor crunches and leg raises. 15 reps per set.

Off to work to teach the next generation. Poor kids haha.

Good afternoon EF family.

Late one today as I finished work early and wanted to do an afternoon gym session with some mates.
As my training was at a different time my only change to my meals was the timing. My second meal of 200g chicken breast, 140g pasta and 70g mixed veggies was done at 11am, 2 hours later had my 50g cocopops and 20g whey then 1 hour after that had my pre workout shake. Everything else in terms of food is consistent.

Leg session today. Lower session 2.

Man it was a good one. Im definitely loving leg workouts at the moment. This may change next week haha.

Session today:
Laying hamstring curls 3 x 12 45kg, 55kg, 65kg
Seated leg curl 3 x 12. 60kg, 70kg, 100kg
Hack squat. 3 x 8 110kg
Seated leg press. 2 x 10 280kg
Lower back extensions. 3 x 12.
Standing calf raises. 3 x 15 125kg

Finished off my session with a 10 min treadmill walk today. Speed: 6, incline: 8

Found that I have better strength in the arvo but I do love getting up early to train. Might mix it up.

Had a checkin with my coach @Swcc . He is a legend. Due to me progressing and slowly putting on weight, our program and supplements stay the same.

A huge thanks to the great team at @ApexLabs_ not only are the products amazing but such a great bloke too. Get on board and try his stuff.

Tonight, im hanging with my 2 girls and watching the footy and letting my legs recover. Tomorrow is cardio day. Can’t wait
