Today was the last day of the big weeks at work, so it will be good to get some form of good night sleep tonight! I’ll be back into the groove of being able to find time to do the things I need to do by tomorrow, which will be a real good feeling
my weight has taken a little bit of a hit, but my body composition has managed to stay tight, so I’m hoping the last couple of weeks haven’t set me back too much, but I know I’ll be pushing harder than I have been to make sure I get the most out of this blast.
