Figured it’s time to start a proper log and hold myself accountable. Aussie Dad wanting to change my body for the better. Keep strong for my family and kids.
I’m currently focused on a full body recomposition — dropping body fat while maintaining (and ideally building) lean muscle. This isn’t just a short-term cut… I’m building a lifestyle I can stick to long-term.

Elbow: I've been dealing with a small elbow injury, pop sound while setting up for preacher curls and pain to extend elbow from then. Stable, same as yesterday — being cautious starting to get better.

Good leg session yesterday. With a decent low intensity cardio day. Just did a brisk walk instead of any jogging as I wanted to put the effort into my gym session.

Felt really strong, recovery between sets was fantastic. @Southern Cross Labs NPP and Test P definitely starting to give some good effects. The gear is good man. If you want to get some from him tell him theJimJim sent you.

Pull day in the gym. Felt bloody amazing.
3rd lot of NPP and Test P from @Southern Cross Labs Injected this morning. Feeling way stronger and rest recovery was fantastic.

Weighed in today slightly heavier at 101.9kg compared to last week at 100.1kg. I put this down to starting my cycle this week and my body finding it's new normal. Definitely lost some BF again this week. Im starting to be happier with what I see in the mirror.
